Her family is open to traveling anywhere that a clinic may be able to help her.She visited Hospital Roosevelt in Guatemala City about 15 times between six months of age and age five or six, for operations in which progress was made, but only a little at a time. Then, two and a half years ago, a team of doctors with a medical mission operated on her for about six hours and made a lot of improvement on her sad situation. When the group returned to Nebaj the next time, apparently no one from the team could handle her case. No surgeries have been performed since then.
