If you have any good leads for sources of multivitamins for this November medical mission, please email Elicia at info@emmausmedicalmission.org.
Emmaus Medical Mission has a group of dedicated individuals traveling to Guatemala November 10th through November 14th to provide medical treatment to thousands of individuals. In planning every mission there are always unexpected challenges. Today, we encounter ourselves in desperate need of multivitamins for the children and adults. Each mission requires anywhere between 400,000 to 600,000 multivitamins to counteract the effects of malnutrition.
Let us heed the words of our sister, Mother Teresa, and bear in mind that: “If you can’t feed a hundred people, then feed just one.” One bottle of vitamins can help a child or adult combat the effects malnutrition! No donation is too small!Multivitamins can be found at your local grocery store, pharmacy, or even BJ or Costco. To assist you in collecting donations, a mission statement, official donation request letter from Dr. Orlando Silva, and the list of prescription and over the counter medicines, and medical supplies are available.

how will you get medicines into Guatemala? I have possibly an outlet for close to expiring or recently expired medications in Naples, FL. Are they useful to you?
