		<description><![CDATA[<p>Children of the Americas has returned from their annual medical /surgical trip to Guatemala.  While in Retalhuleu from January 16-22, COTA donated 128 general, orthopedic, obstetrical and plastic surgeries to the citizens of this western coastal region.</p>
<p>Over 1,400 women and children were seen in our medical clinic and all patients received donated pharmaceuticals from the COTA pharmacy.
